As a professional educator, I have classroom experience with students aged 10 to 80. Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is my primary research interest, and financial literacy is a passion of mine. I devote most of my research to financial well-being. I am planning a research project on the self-efficacy of secondary education teachers in teaching financial literacy in the classroom. In addition, I authored the secondary textbook, Managing Your Personal Finances, 8e. Work on the 9e will start in late 2026.
