Tamra S. (Davis) Connor, Ph.D.
As a professional educator, I have experience in the classroom with students ranging in age from 10 – 80 years old. Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is my primary research interest, financial literacy is a passion of mine. I devote most of my research activities in the area of financial well-being. I am planning a research project related to the self-efficacy of secondary education teachers to teach financial literacy in the classroom. In addition, I authored the secondary textbook, Managing Your Personal Finances, 8e. Work on the 9e will start in late 2026.
I am also active in global educational activities. My educational and professional experiences have prepared me to be an educator in all areas of business and education.
